Sourced locally in beautiful Door County Wisconsin, these freeze-dried Montmorency cherries come in whole cherry form. They’re pitted, have no added sugar and are 100% natural! The Lightly Salted cherries contain Pink Himilayan Sea Salt!
They arrive in resealable bags for your convenience.
Unopened, these cherries will last up to 1 year. Be sure to keep your package out of direct light and extreme heat.
For conversion, 1.5 Ounce bag size is approximately 2 Cups

Why freeze-drying?
Freeze-drying is an advanced method of drying using very low temperatures to preserve nutritional value and create high-quality, long-term storage food products. In addition to preserving the product's structure, appearance and taste, freeze-drying is the most effective at retaining antioxidants including flavonoids and anthocyanins. Up to 97% of nutrients are kept using this method in comparison to about 60% or less in other methods of preservation.

I first tried these goodies at an outdoor winter market where they were giving out free samples. I bought 2 bags that day and brought them home. We ate them up quickly and knew we wanted to order more. These are tasty treats perfect for snacking. We prefer them cold, so we store them in the fridge. So good!
