This year, EverlastingEats is excited to be part of the Wisconsin State Fair tradition. It's where families gather, traditions continue, and some of the best food in the state comes together in one place. That's the Wisconsin State Fair.

For generations, people have made the trip to West Allis to experience everything that makes Wisconsin unique. Agriculture, family traditions, live entertainment, competitions, shopping, animals, and, of course, some of the best food you'll find anywhere in the state all come together in one place for eleven days every summer.

This year, EverlastingEats is excited to be part of it.

From August 6 through August 16, you'll find us at the Wisconsin State Fair sharing one of Wisconsin's favorite foods in a way many people have never experienced before—our freeze-dried Wisconsin cheese curds.

A Wisconsin Favorite, Reimagined

Fresh cheese curds have earned their place as a Wisconsin tradition.

They're warm (when super fresh), flavorful, and famous for that unmistakable squeak.

Our freeze-dried cheese curds aren't meant to replace that experience. They're something entirely different.

Each bite begins with a crisp crackle, like snapping the corner off a buttery cracker, before giving way to the deeply rich cheddar flavor that Wisconsin cheese is known for.
